Hello there website viewers. Thanks for coming to halligannorris.com. I am of course Halligan. Here is a little tidbit about little ol' me. I grew up in the town of Pooler, GA right outside of historic Savannah, GA. I have a love for anything handmade. I appreciate the sacrifice of time it takes to make a gift or card or to stop and write a quick note. I have always been busy making something even when I was very little, but never had any "formal training" until college. I attended Savannah College of Art and Design, earning a bachelor's degree in Metals and Jewelry. After school I gave the "real" work force a very short run and quickly decided it wasn't for me. So here I am back in Pooler with my own company and workshop I share with another young maker (who I happen to be quite fond of). Here is where all Halligan jewelry is handmade, by me! My main inspirations come from things that bring me great joy such as old things, mini anything, mushrooms (not the hippie kind...no offense to hippies), my amazing talented girls at @home vintage general, all my other God-gifted talented friends, puppies, bike gang...amazing, french truffles, learning about fancy antique silver, reading Harry Potter, holidays, people who do what they love and work hard to make a living at it, anything plaid, using good manners, butter cream frosting, the list could go on forever cause I have alot of things to be happy about and to be inspired by. I love life and have been blessed with great entrepreneur parents and the opportunity to do what I love.
